High pass and low pass crossovers are made on ¼" Masonite
peg board, for each speaker.

Crossovers and connecting wires are temporarily installed.
Holes in the back are covered and taped to prevent sawdust,
etc. from entering while completing.

Appling yellow carpenter's glue to all six sides
of three cabinets, to install ¼" oak plywood.

Clamping all six sides on three cabinets.
Note: Scrap wood blocks that the clamps rest on, 
to prevent damage to the oak.

Detail showing corner and edge treatment. Basic box is ¾"
Baltic Birch, with ½" MDF added on the front, then ¼"
oak plywood is glued to all sides (including the bottom).
A ¾" X ¾" groove is then routed around the front, and
a 3/8" X 3/8" groove is routed around the back and
front to back on the edges.

Solid oak moldings are glued in the grooves.
¾" Quarter-round, around the front and
3/8" Quarter-round in the others.
