Assembled crossover parts on ¼" Masonite
Peg Board, since there are so many parts,
used both sides of the board.
Top & bottom views above. Also insured
board would fit through driver hole in front.

Temporarily installed crossover on
wood dowels used as stand-offs.
Taped cardboard over the cutouts in the
rear panel to keep sawdust etc. from inside
of box during construction and finishing.

Front is glued and screwed to the box,
and driver hole is cut.

½"  MDF is added to the front.

¼" Oak plywood has been added to all sides,
and solid oak moldings have been added
to all edges. "Egg Crate" foam has been
installed and cabinet finished.

A/V-1s are finished and are to be used as Side speakers
in a 7.1 home theater system.
